PORTRAITS

This fall I decided to take a painting class at Callanwolde Fine Arts Center  with the awesome artist and teacher Jiha Moon.  I was struggling with what I wanted to do next as an artist. I'm not sure that I answered that question, but I did discover, to my surprise, that I enjoy painting portraits!  Here a few of me and my family from this fall.

I just dropped my oldest off at college. My heart is breaking, but I’m trying to find the good parts about her moving out of the nest. One really fun thing we’ve done together this week is thrifting for housewares and setting up a home.
